Weeder – Garden and Grounds (Part Time, minimum of 8–10 hrs/week)

About the Role:

You’ll be the eyes on the ground, keeping our gardens, paths, and landscaping in top shape. We’re looking for someone who gets satisfaction from detail work, a peaceful setting, and staying on top of nature’s chaos.

Key Responsibilities:

Weed and maintain garden plots, walking paths, and perimeters

Perform basic mulching, raking, or compost turning as needed

Flag pest or plant health issues to the team

Keep tools and storage tidy

Qualifications:

Comfortable with solo outdoor work

Enjoys repetitive detail tasks with visible results

Reliable and willing to get a little dirty

Schedule:

8–10 hours per week, split however works best for you on weekdays
