This role supports the Finance & Accounting team as a direct result of our rapid company growth and expanding financial operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:Accounting Responsibilities (50%)Support month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysisCross-train with other accounting staff to gain exposure to the full accounting and finance cycle and provide support during peak timesManage and maintain the fixed asset ledger, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and periodic reviewsAssist in preparing financial statements and internal reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper coding, documentation, and financial data integrityFinancial Analyst Responsibilities (50%)Assist with financial analysis, including trends, KPIs, and operational insights that support leadership decision-makingParticipate in budgeting and forecasting cycles, helping build models and track performancePrepare ad hoc reports and dashboards that help the business understand performance and opportunitiesSupport strategic projects tied to growth, efficiency, and financial visibility
