Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the Construction industry in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role involves precise customer account management and billing within a dynamic team environment. The position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Accurate and timely billing of customers upon completion of work Tracking and resolution of discrepancies in utility rebate payments Actively participating in the documentation of process flow and standard operating procedures Identifying opportunities for process efficiency improvements Providing back-up support to the finance team and assisting with projects as needed Supporting finance management in various related activities Monitoring customer accounts and undertaking appropriate action Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Maintaining precise customer credit records Identifying and communicating issues or problems to the finance leadership team.Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with billing processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
