General Pattern Co. is seeking an Administrative Support Representative to join our fast-paced team.

Monday – Friday

7:30 am – 4:00 pm or 8 am – 4:30 pm

$22/hr.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and customers in a professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, taking and delivering messages.

Sort and distribute mail.

Order and stock office supplies.

File and update documents and records.

Order entry using QuickBooks.

Assist with invoices and other accounting tasks.

Assist with inventory at various locations.

Support other administrative staff as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

Experience using QuickBooks and MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Able to enter order information quickly and accurately with little or no errors.

Ability to value and take instructions and follow procedures.

Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Good phone presence with a positive attitude.

Experience with basic office equipment – phones, copier, fax, etc.

Able to meet challenges with resourcefulness.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent attendance with a stable work record.

Excellent communication skills.

Organized and Neat.
