Description We have an exciting opportunity for an Agile Coach/Scrum Master to join our dynamic team! You will be the driving force in implementing Scaled Agile Frameworks within our contracting and permanent resources. You'll play an integral role in promoting the adoption of Agile methodologies, from Scrum to Kanban, and beyond. As the Agile Coach/Scrum Master, you will coach our team to maximize efficiency, collaborate optimally, and deliver high-value business solutions with agility. As the Scrum Master for one of our new teams, you'll guide the team to self-organization and the delivery of high-quality work during sprints. You will work closely with our business partners, involve them where necessary, enhance communication and create an environment where innovation and creativity flourish. Responsibilities: Work closely with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders to promote and support Agile practices. Facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams. Coach team members on Agile frameworks and help them implement and leverage Agile ceremonies, practices, and values. Identify and manage issues and dependencies, and implement solutions to keep teams moving forward. Improve transparency and radiate information related to team progress and performance. Guide the team in managing customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. Observe team dynamics, offering feedback and fostering a collaborative and harmonious working environment. Act as a servant leader while protecting the team from external distractions. Requirements Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Scrum Master role within the Machinery Manufacturing industry Demonstrated proficiency in Agile Development and Agile Scrum methodologies Advanced understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies Strong knowledge of Database systems and management Proven ability to use Burndown charts for tracking and forecasting project progress Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Must have relevant certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies Ability to facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution Exceptional communication and leadership skills Proven ability to implement process improvements to increase team efficiency Ability to guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values Proven experience in assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization, and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity. Ability to remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
