Amazing budtenders needed

We are looking for amazing budtenders.

We are looking for budtenders who are reliable, and who have a passion for cannabis and sharing it with others in a meaningful way. We are looking for people who smile, make eye contact, and learn customer's names. We are looking for people who understand that this is both a sales role and a customer service role. We are looking for budtenders who have management experience/potential who can be fast-tracked to a manager role (which would of course coincide with pay increase).

We put a strong emphasis on community, integrity, cannabis knowledge, and especially positive and; meaningful interactions with our customers.

We are a grassroots California based group who operates 4 dispensaries in Los Angeles. We have recently won licenses in Minnesota and are excited to expand into the Minnesota market. We will likely be opening one dispensary in Minneapolis, and one in St. Paul.

There is lots of room to grow and progress within our organization.
