WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Analytic Capability Architect drives the planning and execution of a wide variety of existing and new analytic technology solutions. You will own the solution roadmaps for analytic technology capabilities across product teams, and act as a key enabler of these solutions. You will ensure alignment between product teams and technology teams and drive the successful execution of analytic solutions. In this role, you will:

  • Drive the analysis of business analytical needs and own the roadmap for phased delivery of analytic technology solutions
  • Lead the analytic technology capability discussions with product teams as it relates to their use cases and product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with the technology teams for determining the feasibility of solutions and timelines
  • Define value for the use case specific analytic technology capabilities, and prioritize accordingly
  • Own communicating impacts, dependencies, risks, etc. between product teams and technology teams as it relates to the analytic technology capabilities roadmap
  • Identify synergy opportunities between analytic solutions being developed across use cases
  • Help define and champion processes related to the consumption of analytic technology solutions
  • Participate in sprint planning and define current and future requirements

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 years of experience demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high-quality analytic solutions
  • 2 years of experience building analytic solutions in the cloud
  • Experience in business requirements analysis and mapping it to the analytic technology solutions
  • Experience with a breadth of Analytic technologies, including solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Cloud and Business Intelligence capabilities
  • Experience in Agile Development, with specific analyst (or similar) experience preferred
  • Ability to phase the delivery of analytic solutions such that it can meet immediate needs, while building towards the long-term strategic solution
  • Ability to understand and adhere to data and analytic governance principles
  • Collaborative, with the ability to coordinate with multiple teams at the same time, understand their requirements and be able to map them to analytic solutions
