About Us: Twin Cities property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents in Minnesota and Western WI. We are seeking a proactive and organized Apartment Site leaser/Manager to join our team at our Osceola, WI location. Live on-site preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

Successfully lease units, retain residents, and maintain tenant relationships

Collect rent, bank deposits + Move-in/Move-outs

Ensure maintenance and repair issues are addressed promptly.

Enforce property rules and regulations.

Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with vendors.

Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Apartment Site leaser + manager or same skill set in a related field

Strong leadership, organizational, and marketing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word, and email
