Our direct end client is looking for a Application Architect for a 12+ month contract. Position would convert to full time but not a guarantee. This position is 100% remote.
Experience with anything related to Cards, debit, Creditanything BUT rewards cards.The Senior Application Architect is responsible for the architecture related to high-level cross-cutting concerns across all health products. This is a collaborative role that works with teams across the organization providing standards, guidance, and oversight. The high-level cross-cutting concerns that architects focus on include: Security, Audit, Performance, Scale, Automation, and TechnologyResponsibilities: Drafting, implementing, and socializing architectural standards and guidance Working with teams to identify and solve for architectural concerns Mentoring development teams regarding software development best practices Promoting collaboration across teams during SDLC life-cycle Evaluate new technology and provide analysis to stakeholders Assist in routine audits of product solutions Perform solution and code reviews as needed Provide analysis on high severity issues as neededApplication Architects should have the following qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in software product commercialization, design and development More than 10 years of industry experience in Application Architecture and Software Development Excellent leadership and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent analytical skills to assist with design analysis & review of software solutions Strong diagram modeling and presentation skills Strong knowledge of industry standards, design patterns and best practices ? Strong organizational skillsIdeal candidates should have with experience with some or all of the following technologies: .NET Framework and .NET Core Microsoft SQL Server Distributed architecture W3C, OWASP, IEEE, and ADA Standards Cloud architecture using AWS and/or Azure Azure DevOps Git version control Nuget, NPM, and Maven package management
