Applications Architect - Digital MarketingJob Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an Applications Architect - Digital Marketing for a direct placement position in Eden Prairie, MN. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and agile software delivery teams to define technology solutions in the domainsof digital marketing. Previous experience designing and implementing enterprise web platforms with CMS solutions (Wordpress,Adobe Experience Manager, etc.), Web Analytics (GTM, Adobe Analytics, etc.), Salesforce (or other CRM systems), Pardot (orother marketing automation platforms) is essential.
• Own the solution definition domain by working closely with our Product Owners to map business requirements into solution design. Review solution design with business stakeholders to confirm alignment. Work with Senior Developers and Product Owners to translate solution design into actionable user stories for the team to execute.
• Design solutions according to system functional specifications, by applying patterns, best practices, and industry standards. Document these requirements using visual and written methodologies that allow business stakeholders to understand the value stream of the outcomes as well as provide the development team technical context to the work items they will be delivering.
• Design solutions for Client's websites that leverage personalization, A/B testing, account based marketing, and other tools that alter user experiences based on user attributes and other collected data.
• Design solutions for Client's websites integrated with marketing automation including user activity tracking, prospect scoring,conversion events that identify marketing qualified leads.
• Design solutions for Client's websites that consider compliance and performance factors such as cookie-less conversiontracking, core web vitals, and static site generation is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to anticipate and communicate potential problems while determining solutions through written, visual, and verbal communications.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, be a divergent thinker, and make educated decisions regarding data and interpersonal issues evenwhen all facts are not known. Must be resourceful in situations where a high level of uncertainty exists, anticipate and identifyrisks, provide mitigation strategies, and adapt to the adversity and natural evolutions of solution delivery.
• Deliver direct communication and leadership to team members, peers, and business stakeholders that informs, educates, andsets expectations throughout the solution delivery process. Excellence in interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, and timemanagement skills is a must.
• Advise leadership, and other technology and business resources, with ideas regarding how technology processes and tools canbe continuously improved. Be the customer go-to expert for any data initiatives acting as the SME and technical reference point.
• Be available to provide mentorship and collaborate with development team members on any questions, concerns, or issues they raise about work items they are delivering.
• Be comfortable operating alongside on site as well as distributed delivery teams through a variety of collaboration and communication mechanisms, including remote meeting services, online documentation, platforms, and agile lifecycle management tools for defining and tracking delivery of business requirements
• Exploring and communicating new concepts, ideas, techniques, best practices, technology advancement and vendors in Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial intelligence and emerging technology solutions
• Keep abreast of AI/Client developments in order to provide sustainable architectural mentorship

• Digital Transformation experience is highly desirable. This includes being able to create and present a cohesive solution that may leverage legacy and current systems to deliver business outcomes.
• Experience working in Agile development teams, and agile lifecycle management tools, preferably Jira
• Excellent written, oral and group presentation communication skills including the ability to articulate solutions in many formats so that they are consumable by development teams, business stakeholders, and audiences external to Client.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, enterprise messaging, and microservices
• Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent post-secondary education
• Experience:10+ years leading in the requirements gathering, technical design, and delivery of software systems and solutions including web applications that leverage CMS, DAM, marketing automation, personalization, analytics, and CRM.
• Systems:Experience with software development tools such as Jira, Git, and Jenkins. Experiencewith webtechnologies such as Angular,React, .NET, MySQL,andElasticSearch.
