Red’s Savoy Pizza is currently looking to hire Assistant Managers / Managers in Training. The Assistant Manager / Manager in Training oversees and coordinates the activities of the Red’s Savoy operation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the daily operations of the store in conjunction with the General Manager. A typical day varies greatly. You’ll find yourself working hands-on with and supervising an incredible team, helping to make the best company culture, projecting and monitoring the flow of great food and activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and remarkable customer satisfaction. The right candidate should exceed the following minimum requirements.
Job Requirements: 2-3 year’s restaurant experience (It’s about where you’ve been, but also where you want to go!) Able to lead a team (Regardless of how great you are, you can’t do it all yourself) Confident and ability to work well with others (We’re all playing important roles on the team) Great communication in a fast paced high stress environment (It’s going to be busy) Exceptional eye for detail while maintaining and instilling a sense of urgency (Quality is key!)
