Responsibilities
Collaborate with the lead teacher to prepare and deliver dynamic lesson plans that foster literacy, math skills, and early childhood education.
Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment that encourages learning and engagement.
Assist in keeping the classroom clean, safe, and organized.
Foster strong communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
1 year experience working in a childcare center
Strong skills in classroom management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
Background check required
CPR/ First Aide Training within 90 days
Must be 18 years old
Must have 12 DHS qualifying quarter college credits with 1 year of childcare experience, or an early childhood degree.
Center hours are 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (M-F)
