Description We are looking for a meticulous Email Marketing Manager to join our team based in Fridley, Minnesota. This role involves understanding and applying our contracting and invoicing processes, developing trackers and dashboards to monitor invoicing progress, and liaising with various departments and customers on billing and invoicing progress. Responsibilities: Understand and apply the company's contracting and invoicing processes to reconcile, calculate, and verify invoices for customers. Work closely with the Program Lead to develop trackers and dashboards to monitor invoicing progress. Regularly communicate with customers, finance rebates, sales field and remote sales, IT, Credit services, and management on billing/invoicing progress. Assist with customer analyses using PowerBI data and information to ensure discounts are achieved for a billing cycle. Act as a liaison within the business, verifying the accuracy of the data, and ensuring customer contract compliance. Manage time effectively and adapt to shifting priorities based on customers' and support teams' needs. Deliver on projects assigned and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results while adhering to policies. Identify, define, and address problems that are not immediately evident but typically not difficult or complex. Make minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems and improve efficiencies. Communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts. Requirements Candidate must demonstrate strong customer service skills Excellent communication abilities are essential Sales experience is required Must be proficient in reporting and analytics Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is necessary Familiarity with policy-making processes Experience in invoice management and billing Supervisory experience is a plus Knowledge of finance and credit management Proven track record of progress in previous roles Experience in liaison work with stakeholders Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools Ability to create dashboards Must have an innovative mindset Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools Contracting experience would be advantageous Proficiency in workstation support tools Familiarity with 'About Time' software is desirable.
