This position is expected to design and oversee the implementation of the organization’s HR strategies. Serving as a dependable partner to employees and leaders, the Associate Director will provide guidance across a multitude of HR aspects including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff development, training, change management, and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities Facilitate collaboration with employees and leaders to understand their needs, aligning HR strategies with their goals. Providing expert advice on HR policies and best practices. Working closely with the global HR team to supervise and implement HR services, training, policies, and objectives. Supporting talent management initiatives such as workforce planning, employee development, and the execution of training requirements. Direct recruiting strategies and build strong partnerships with recruiting firms to ensure a robust candidate pipeline. Regularly review and analyze remuneration in alignment with the business operations to ensure competitiveness and equity. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to devise effective engagement and retention strategies. Contributing actively to the development and implementation of various HR programs and initiatives. Monitoring changes in US employment law and providing essential guidance on its impacts. Ensuring strict compliance with all HR-related legal requirements, such as labor laws and regulations. Taking on ad-hoc projects as needed.Requirements Key Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree and/or HR certification is preferred. 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with prior exposure to the financial services industry being a plus. A track record of delivering results with a passion for maintaining efficient processes. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage day-to-day HR activities promptly. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Enthusiasm for change, capable of handling competing demands, while maintaining a positive demeanor amidst change, ambiguity, and delays.Initially, responsibilities will primarily involve overseeing the onboarding of new hires, developing mentorship programs, revamping management training, and reassessing compensation packages.As part of the client's team, the selected candidate will join an entrepreneurial environment that values structure and cultivates long-term relationships with their partners.
