Job DescriptionAs part of the Global Science & Technology Network our goal is to deliver site-to-site transfers within Large Molecules on time and within budget to ensure compliant and unconstraint supply of Animal Health vaccines supporting growth of the business. Our team has end-to-end responsibility for successful site-to-site transfer execution​ and is providing end-to-end support to manufacturing sites and transfer leads as well as portfolio management and governance for all site-to-site transfer activities. We ensure a standardized approach for the execution of process transfers and a close collaboration with our manufacturing sites and global functions across regions​ and give end-to-end support to intra-site transfers as requested by sites​. Our team ensures alignment of transfer activities with the company's strategy by close collaboration with the Network & Strategy Development Office.Job description

Provide right tools (transfer methodology & training), right level of visualization (reporting tool & governance) and coaching to transfer teams and sponsors​ within the US

Responsible to lead the US Transfer Governance Team Meeting and US portfolio reviews

End-to-End oversight and coordination of site-to-site transfer execution (Block 2-6)

POC for donor & receiving site and global functions ​

Technical support based on SME expertise within the Site-to-Site Transfer Team & Region​

Support of Scoping & Siting assessments (Block 1) and responsible for in time execution of transfer strategies within the US

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or relevant Science and/ or business subject

Job requirements

Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a Regional role or with technology transfers across sites

Pharmaceutical and/or Biological process knowledge

Global regulatory awareness

Strong and effective communicator and negotiator

Strong Analytical and good decision-making skills

Project management experience of benefit

People management experience of benefit

Highly flexible and persistent personality

Able to allow a flexible working pattern to enable consistent support for various time zones

Good team-player skills and open mindset to work with different cultures

Good networker – ability to efficiently interact within complex organizations

Ability to maintain an overview of multiple (complex) projects and keep focus on key activities

Ability to work under high pressure and to meet critical timelines

Openness to travel abroad

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of other languages is helpful
