Description We are seeking a dedicated Associate Operations Coordinator to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role primarily revolves around operational tasks that enable us to meet the transportation needs of customers and carriers. With a strong focus on data integrity, quality, and efficiency, the individual will perform operational task work in support of a specific customer. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Deliver operational excellence to customers, carriers, and suppliers Execute tasks such as auditing load information for completion and accuracy, managing shared inboxes to provide customers and suppliers with information, and proactively managing exceptions Discover opportunities for problem resolution in order to present solutions to the customer, direct urgent customer and carrier communication as needed Communicate with our internal network and represent all teams as the face of the account to the external customer Perform duties as needed: providing shipment information, creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, entering events and invoicing Monitor task boards and internal event communication Document events utilizing knowledge gained through standard operating procedures and experience, and when required, follow defined escalation procedures and training. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Communication Experience in handling Office Functions including scheduling appointments, invoicing, and quality checks Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft Office Suites Previous experience in Training, Operations, and Procedures in an office setting Experience in managing Inbound Outbound Calls Ability to conduct audits and provide Workstation Support Strong Leadership Skills and ability to manage Shipping Functions Experience in Onboarding and Calendar Management Excellent Time Management skills Ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently Demonstrated skills in Collaboration with team members and Suppliers Comfortable with Video conferencing and remote communication tools Phone Presence and ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
