Description We are offering a long term contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Associate Operations Coordinator, based in Sartell, Minnesota. The role involves key functions in the Operations sector, with tasks ranging from order creation, shipment activation, to tracking and tracing shipments. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency, adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.Responsibilities: Executing tasks such as providing shipment information, creating orders, and activating shipments with a focus on quality and efficiency. Building and assigning loads, scheduling appointments, and tracking shipments. Responding promptly to customer and carrier requests, maintaining a high level of customer service. Documenting events using knowledge gained through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and experience. Following through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction and escalating questions or requests when necessary. Ensuring the accuracy of load data in systems in line with standards. Monitoring task boards and assigned email accounts to maintain efficient operations. Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks and maintaining accurate customer records. Promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment, valuing creativity and innovation for business growth.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and communication skills Experience with office functions such as scheduling appointments and invoicing Ability to execute operations and procedures according to company policy Experience in training, quality control, and shipping functions Strong time management and prioritization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Experience in a call center environment is advantageous Familiarity with standard operation procedures Creativity and innovation skills to contribute to business growth Understanding of discrimination laws and affirmative action plans Ability to load and manage data accurately Ability to adapt to and implement changes in procedures and processes Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
