As part of our expansion, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our utility program services delivery team .Role Overview: The selected candidate will serve as the Associate Program Manager, responsible for supporting our utility clients’ residential energy audit and direct install energy efficiency program. This role involves coordinating and overseeing program implementation, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving positive outcomes for both our clients and the community.Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the contract, serving as the main point of contact for our utility clients.

Provide direct oversight of program budgets and track/report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Regularly review program performance toward goals, including program forecasting.

Collaborate with the client, ICF team, and subcontractors to ensure all program objectives are met, adjusting as needed.

Assist in direct client outreach, meetings, and ad hoc requests, including 1-on-1 monthly client meetings.

Support monthly invoicing, reporting, trade ally outreach and recruitment, marketing, QA/QC, and subcontractor activities.

Manage direct reports, including timesheet/expense approval, PTO approval, individual check-in meetings, and annual performance reviews.

Stay informed about Program requirements and ongoing updates.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Energy Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration).

5+ years of related work experience with managing energy efficiency programs

Previous experience managing staff and client interactions

Professional Skills:

Expertise with energy efficiency and U.S. policies for residential energy programs

Knowledge of energy efficient building practices, energy codes and technologies

Strong leadership and management skills to help grow and lead a team

Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Experience developing recommendations and solutions to overcome challenges

Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn ICF energy efficiency database/project tracking system

Ability to travel

The pay range for this position is:$71,958.00 - $122,328.00Minnesota Remote Office (MN99)
