Requirements include:

Ability to thoroughly examine a vehicle for damage.

Safely return the vehicle to factory specifications.

Remove and replace body panels according to vehicle manufacturer.

Comfortable using power tools to file, grind and sand surfaces.

Make cosmetic repairs

Completing tasks in a safe and accurate manner.

Adaptable to working effectively in a constantly changing environment.

Willingness to complete I-Car classes.
