Full time Baker/Fryer position at our Gateway West and Osgood locations.As the Baker/Fryer you will assist the Bakery Department with production. As a Baker/Fryer, you will be responsible for bakery production - thawing, mixing, proofing, and baking/frying products. Other duties include maintaining proper production levels while following production guidelines, assisting with inventory receiving duties, ordering frozen and dry product and organize freezers and coolers. Emphasis is placed on working efficiently and at a steady pace to maintain proper production level. Requires ability to recognize and correct any problems affecting product quality.
