Barn Workers Needed

Are you passionate about horses? We have a beautiful, privately owned, small equestrian facility and are looking for experienced, responsible, reliable full-time Barn Workers who can assist with maintaining our horses and facilities.

Our facility is heated with a fully enclosed center aisle barn. We are seeking highly qualified individuals, with exceptional attention to detail, who are searching for a long-term position at a farm.

Job Duties

· Participate in the continual process of cleaning the facility

· Muck stalls/paddocks

· Feed/water horses/fill hay nets

· Turn horses in/out

· Monitor horses for injury and illness

· Assist with landscaping

· Assist with fence repairs

· Assist with other maintenance projects as needed

Experience required

· 5+ years of barn worker experience

· 5+ years of handling horses

· Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without assistance

· Must have a valid driver's license

· Willing to learn how to operate a tractor and other small farm machinery

· Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

Hours

· 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., six days per week
