Description We are in search of a meticulous Bookkeeper to join our team in Bemidji, Minnesota. The role entails bookkeeping duties, maintaining accounts, and general accounting duties within the department. Responsibilities: Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency Maintain and update customer credit records Handle all aspects of the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the accounting process Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process Verify and balance receipts and manage accounts payable and receivable Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Assist with tax audits and tax returns preparation Assist with budget preparations and financial planning processes Ensure adherence to financial regulations and legislation Manage and calculate monthly payroll.Requirements Proficient in account reconciliation Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Knowledge of bank reconciliations Expertise in bookkeeping Skilled in data entry Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with month end close Familiarity with payroll management Proficiency in QuickBooks software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
