Bookkeeper

Perform and manage all daily accounting and financial transactions such as AP/AR, general ledger postings, bank reconciliations, and record-keeping.

Process payroll on an ongoing basis and manage employee benefits and withholdings.

Generate regular reports and financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) for senior management.

Ensure the timely payment of company bills and invoices.

Assist in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasting.

Administer and manage tax payments.

Carry out necessary adjustments for discrepancies and irregularities.

Ensure accurate and effective financial record-keeping in compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role, preferably as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.

Working knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Understanding of data privacy standards and compliance regulations.

Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent analytical abilities with an attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
