Brasa Rotisserie is a nationally recognized casual restaurant owned by James Beard award winning chef Alex Roberts. We serve nourishing food inspired by traditional ingredients and flavors of the Southern U.S., Caribbean, and Mexico. Our unique style of food and hospitality make us one of the most popular restaurants in Minneapolis and St. Paul. We are looking for someone to join our FOH Team. The primary responsibility of the Support role is showing guests stellar hospitality, assisting servers, counter servers, and kitchen staff with daily operations, seating guests, clearing and resetting tables efficiently, helping with inventory stocking and organizing supplies, following health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment, providing friendly and professional service to guests and working as part of a team to ensure seamless service. We are seeking a candidate who recognizes the value of welcoming, inclusive hospitality, working collaboratively with others, and enjoys a fun, fast paced environment.The Support position is 3-5 shifts per week, 20 to 40hr/week. Open availability evenings and weekends is a must. Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
