Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Broker Operations Technical Analyst II, based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This role is within our operations team where you will be a vital player in the processing and analysis of broker commission inquiries and payouts. Responsibilities include: Managing the end-to-end broker commission payment process Collaborating with various teams such as sales, finance, and IT to streamline commission-related activities Using your analytical skills to process and calculate manual commission payments Ensuring accurate and timely commission payouts through your strong skills in operations and payment processing Analyzing commission payment data to identify discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues Regularly conducting audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity Reconciling commission payments with sales data and records to ensure accuracy and alignment Investigating and resolving discrepancies between calculated commissions and actual payments Generating commission payment reports for distribution to stakeholders Documenting commission payment processes, changes, and agreements diligently and accurately Collaborating with IT teams to address system-related queries and challenges Leveraging your strong communication skills to address inquiries and resolve issues related to commission payments. Requirements Proven experience in Sales and Operations within the Brokerage industry Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and KPI reporting Familiarity with Payment Processing systems in a Finance context Experience with Documentation and Reporting, including auditing and discrepancy resolution Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and managing queries from stakeholders Ability to perform Cost Analysis and understand Commision Functions Demonstrated decision-making abilities and analytical skills Knowledge of Validation Plans and Contract Administration processes Experience in Sourcing and managing processes End-To-End Ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders Ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful analysis.
