- At least 4 years of experience performing as a business analyst
- At least 3 years of Insurance industry experience
- At least 3 year of experience managing an agile software development methodology, i.e. Scrum
- Experience using TFS and Azure DevOps
- Experience in drafting detailed requirements
- Ability to create mockups, process flow diagrams/charts, functional & design documents
- Demonstrated knowledge of all business analysis practices with emphasis on business requirements gathering, facilitation, testing and work flow analysis
- Must demonstrate a sense of urgency, and the ability to work independently and proactively in achieving team and individual objectives
- Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical concepts and systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Open to using and learning how to use new tools
- Experience working in Onshore/Offshore model
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as 5 years of related business analysis/requirements gathering
- PMI-BA certification or Certified Product Owner a plus
