York Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst to support a Software Engineering team in an amazing, collaborative team culture. This is a fully remote, contract to hire opportunity.
This person wil:Collaboratively define, gather, and consolidate high level user stories identified during release planning.Refining requirements to reduce ambiguity and create a clear product vision in the backlogMaintain visibility to user stories, being attentive to changing requirements and priorities.Work as a team and with other cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet the needs of multiple business lines.Raise awareness of solutions that will include process changes and work with the organization to ensure business readiness.Verify product quality through system testing in addition to user acceptance testing.Create user stories, identify and capture acceptance criteria and UI design to clearly communicate the needs of the business and direction of the product owner.Work with the product owner to groom the backlog of prioritized user stories as necessary.- ID: #23749360
