Business Analyst

Description We are looking for a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Marketing to join our team in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. This role will involve administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining our Custom Preference Center. Responsibilities: Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup, installed packages, and permissions Document processes, automations, journey builds, and all other Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects Collaborate with internal team members to understand stakeholder requirements and validate business requirements Build automations, journeys, CloudPages, and dynamic content that span multiple communications channels based on technical requirements provided by Architect Maintain and update the Custom Preference Center Keep up to date with Privacy Laws and ensure best practices are followed Prepare reports using SQL and/or Datorama Have a deep understanding of the business and marketing KPIs to track Train and support end-users on Marketing Cloud Take initiative to improve support processes, decrease delivery time, and improve customer satisfaction Troubleshoot any issues with Marketing Cloud Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Marketing, Business Analysis, Salesforce Platform, and Salesforce.com. In-depth understanding of business analysis principles and strategies. Proven ability to manage and interpret data effectively using various business intelligence tools. Experience with Salesforce.com platform including configuration, customization, and implementation. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly express complex processes and concepts. Excellent problem-solving abilities to effectively address and resolve business-related issues. Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with different departments and levels of the organization. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently and manage time effectively. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work. Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to data management and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field is preferred. Salesforce Administrator certification would be a plus.
