We require a strong IT Functional Consultant with manufacturing industry experience to perform a Field Services Management System fit-gap analysis.The successful candidate will help to map high-level business capabilities to the functionality of Astea Alliance (IFS) and perform gap analysis to determine if the product fits the clients business.Mandatory Skills:- Must have strong knowledge and understanding of the functionality of Astea Alliance (IFS).Knowledge and experience working with field services management and finance software, specifically Astea Alliance (IFS).Significant, demonstrable experience performing gap analysis of business processes, including identification of interfaces and interactions between multiple parties and business units. Experience working in the manufacturing industry.Demonstrable experience conducting and leading workshops, presentations, effectively leading meetings and facilitating workgroups.Experience analyzing and documenting IT landscape and roadmaps.The candidate must have strong communication skills and experience working with clients at all levels.
