About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking Business Execution Consultant within Consumer Lending Shared Services supporting the Deposit and Credit Bureau Management Office.In this role, you will:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

Partner with key stakeholders to understand the scope of work completed, systems utilized and output of deliverables

Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work

Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations

Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables

Document body of work, create reporting based on testing executed and clearly articulate results of work to Leaders

Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications, US:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Operational testing experience and test script development

Ability to quickly understand the scope of a project, learn systems and processes to develop test scripts and test accuracy of work

Ability to create Sr. Leader level reporting and presentations

Comfortable in providing and supporting credible challenge and feedback

Strategic planning, problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously

The ability to work independently to plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established deadlines

A high level of professionalism, integrity, and maturity

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to consult with various level within the organization, in particular key stakeholders and executive level leaders

Credit Bureau Reporting experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.

Experience working in SHRP, CX6, MSP, ITop/AFS, FDR, Shaw, CDRS, CDRS (PEGA), eOscar

Issue Management experience

The person moving into this role will work a hybrid schedule, which includes three days a week in the office.
