Join us and change lives of others.A Day in the LifeThe Business Analyst contributes to following activities within global Service and Repair team (S&R):Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Connect and collaborate with IT partners for process and system improvements

Requirements gathering and process implementation

Identify, distinguish, and validate process requests from the business

Project Portfolio Management (Program and Project management)

Second line support to S&R operations working with stakeholders in Customer Care Operations, Service Depot, Field Representatives & Commercial Operations

Global S&R Master Data Gatekeeper

Support the field and Depot activities for the regions in collaboration with the applicable Centers of Excellence stakeholder groups.

Collects data to identify root cause of problems in all area’s supported (Customer Care Operations, Depot, Field & Commercial)

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree required

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with business process analysis, or advanced degree in lieu of experience

Nice to Have

Exposure to business process analysis, and process flows or process mapping

High proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets, Business Objects, and SAP, experience creating Excel documents, including spreadsheets, formulas, charts, graphs, and functions

Additional experience in sales, marketing, S&R, healthcare, or related areas desirable

Good analytical skills, ability to support the organization with analyses

Tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion, strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills

Solid business acumen and judgment

Eager to grow and develop their knowledge and skills

Servant leadership perspective to support and enable the business stakeholders

Global mindset and willingness to learn

Professional proficiency in English including written and verbal communication
