Position Summary:Red River is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to perform functional and technical analysis of internal program processes, support process improvement, and provide daily operational support of a variety of complex programs. This individual will participate in requirements analysis, data gathering, interviews, and facilitated sessions with internal and external stakeholders. The individual will possess analytical skills in design, testing, training, and implementation activities. They will contribute to deliverables and be knowledgeable with various software development methodologies.Primary Position Tasks:

Facilitate requirement gathering and design sessions

Analyze session results and prepare materials for internal and external client solutioning

Adhere to, develop, and enhance process and procedural documents

Identify and enhance areas of opportunity for internal process improvements

Support internal CMS platform

Assist in management and improvement of internal automated workflow engines

Other business duties as assigned

Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated full-time experience in business systems analysis

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Familiarity with full Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Power Automate)

Familiarity with methods to support Agile processes (user stories, taskers, traceability)

Familiarity with Consulting Services practices (contracts, proposals, pricing)

Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:

Certified Scrum Master

Content Management Systems

Lean/Six Sigma

Adhering to CMMI Maturity Level 3 practices

Essential Elements :This position requires the ability to continuously communicate with co-workers and client throughout the day utilizing Red River approved and/or provided communication tools and equipment.Special Requirements:This position will operate primarily remote with less than 25% travel to customer and partner sites.POSITION SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $110,000Red River offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits and an exceptional work environment.
