The Business Support - Calibrator Formulations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for:

Working directly and cooperatively with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure emphasis on quality

Assuring compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements

Reading, understanding, and following established work instructions and procedures with emphasis on quality

Creating and assigning the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards

Training to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).  Following engineering drawings, work order information, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process while maintaining FDA requirements

Supporting Production Planning with managing inquiries about material availability from various departments and with other tasks

Supporting Senior Planning staff in analyzing inventory, past usage data and forecast

Performing other duties and special projects as assigned

This position is part of the Calibrator Formulation team located in Chaska, MN and will be on-site. High School Diploma and 1-2 years of related work experience including but not limited to; data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data with the ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor; demonstrated computer proficiency

Strong ability to follow and adhere to procedural guidelines; aptitude for interpreting customer inquiries/problems

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Oracle
