Description We are offering an opportunity for a Call Center Specialist based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The primary function of this role is to handle customer queries in a high-volume call center environment within the hospitality industry. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer reservations and to-go orders through multiple computer screens. Manage a high volume of inbound calls, providing excellent customer service. Use various software like Ring Central, OpenTable, and Microsoft Teams to facilitate communication and tasks. Actively assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they might have. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed. Collaborate with multiple restaurant locations to ensure smooth operations. Ensure all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and detail oriented manner. Maintain a customer-focused mindset, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
