Caregiver/Support worker

We are looking for a supportive and dependable caregiver to assist independent adults with disabilities in maintaining their autonomy and daily routines. This role focuses on providing respectful, person-centered support with activities such as transportation, household tasks, medication reminders, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is patient, empowering, and committed to promoting independence and dignity. Support individuals to achieve personal outcomes that characterize a high quality of life, in accordance with program specific requirements. Engage in respectful communication. Support individuals to have optimal health and well-being.

Provide safeguards and appropriately support challenging situations.

Must pass State Background Check

Must be at least 18 years old

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Current auto liability insurance

Reliable transportation

High school or equivalent (Required)
