Carpenter, Framer, Handyman, Jack of all trades, ALL WANTED

Local real estate firm looking for skilled laborers. Working on a remodeling project and will have work for about 6 months plus. Mainly interior work, we will be completely remodeling 4 apartments to brand new. Framing, insulation, vapor barriers, drywall, all finish work and flooring. Must have experience in construction. Easy going crew, should be a good project that you can work from start to finish. I am looking for responsible people willing to show up and do a good job. All others need not apply.

Responsibilities:

- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, and carrying heavy materials

- Assist with construction and maintenance projects

- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Skills:

- Valid Drivers license

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks

- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them diligently

- General construction skills

- Basic hand tools
