Description: Title- Sr Tech Proj Mgr PROJECT: These positions will support the ODI Infrastructure Project Initiative to plan and assist with activities related to migrating virtual and physical servers into this new hybrid cloud environment. IDEAL BACKGROUND: Experienced PM with background in IT infrastructure related project work. Excellent communicator who is flexible and adaptable. Solid data and analytic skills. Past experience with planning and executing server migrations. Experience and comfort with using AGILE methodology and toolsets. TOP REQUIREMENTS: 1. 3+ years experience in managing Infrastructure projects 2. 5+ years Project Management Experience (1+ using AGILE) 3. 5+ Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and SharePoint What experience will set candidates apart from one another? Infrastructure project background with server migration experience using AGILE methodologies. LOCATION: Working from home may be an option for a portion of the time, however we prefer candidates who will be available to come into the office on a regular basis. INTERVIEW PROCESS: a. There are additional PM working on this project. 3 Project Manager positions to assist with ODI Migration effort moving virtual servers into new Hybrid Cloud environment. Roles will augment existing employee team. Responsibilities Effectively assist with and manage ODI Migration activities for Enterprise Hosting Services Host recurring project meetings (weekly/bi weekly/monthly) as project demands in consultation with assigned project resources. Work with assigned resources to prepare features and user stories in CA Agile tool (Rally) Track project status against the deliverable and adjust plan as project progress Prepare and share status report with overall program. Track and document issues and resolutions Motivates and inspires other team members. What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? Experience working with CA Agile / Rally Tool, Advance Excel Requirements 1. 3+ years experience in managing Infrastructure projects 2. 5+ years Project Management Experience 3. Experience working with Virtual team. 4. Good understanding of IT infrastructure and operating environments 5. Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and SharePoint 6. Experience managing projects using Agile Methodology 7. Experience with various methods and techniques for reporting data to executive audiences Wish List 1.
