C2C - Telecom Data/Voice Provisioning Specialist (data network circuits, voice services) - Remote

Description: Specific title of the position: Telecom Data/Voice Provisioning Specialist. Work location: Remote/telecommute. Work hours: 8am-5pm. PROJECT: Client Care Clinic Voice Network Integration: we are in the process of integrating hundreds of clinical sites into the corporate data network and will need help in carrier selection, diversity planning, order submission, order status tracking, and coordination of delivery of thousands of voice circuits and services. IDEAL BACKGROUND: Carrier or large enterprise voice provisioning background preferred. Large insurance, large retail, large healthcare, are all of interest but not a requirement. What experience will set candidates apart from one another? Prior carrier experience in the voice circuit provisioning area and/or a large amount of experience in voice circuit provisioning for a large enterprise. INTERVIEW PROCESS: ? Initial panel interview via Teams (or similar) with 2 or more members of the provisioning team. Possibly a second interview with anyone unable to make the first call. a. How many rounds? Typically 2 but possibly 1 for a slam-dunk candidate. b. How technical will the interviews be? 7 on a 10 scale where 10 would be a technical only interview. Team the candidate will be working with: Telecom Provisioning team, (9) members. Break-down of the team's skill sets (1 voice, 2 data, 2 cellular, 2 toll free, 1 maintenance, 1 broadband). Top responsibilities for this position: - Responsible for the lifecycle of all telecom vendor circuit orders by acting as a liaison between customers and telco vendors. - Works closely with other project managers on large-scale enterprise deployments to meet customer's unique requirements. - Works with engineers to ensure timely and accurate information before placing circuit orders - Maintains circuit records within internal tracking systems Ideal candidate background: Requirements: - 2+ years of experience provisioning data network circuits - 2+ years of experience provisioning voice services and circuits - Familiarity with multiple carriers - Knowledge of key ordering attributes for MPLS and Internet circuits Preferred: - 10+ years data and voice circuit provisioning experience - Previous experience working for a major carrier - Previous experience with voice provisioning - Experience with Tangoe or other telecom expense management system - Previous experience configuring IP networks, routers and switches Interview process: Video
