Duck Hunting club in Northern Minnesota looking for a full time/short term chef/experienced cook. This is a 6 week job running September 24th - November 1st, 2025. This position includes serving 3 meals daily for 1 to 24 people with an average of 8. Room and Board (private bedroom/bathroom), tv and internet, plus competitive wages. Job Description:

Plan and prepare 3 meals daily (family style) throughout the hunting season.

1st Breakfast to include Oatmeal/Malt O Meal, hard boiled eggs, toast, juice and milk.

2nd Breakfast to include camp recipe pancakes with homemade Mapleine syrup, sausage/bacon, hash browns, juice, milk and other selected items.

Simple suppers preferred with meat, potatoes, bread, salad and desert.

Prepare appetizers occasionally.

Order groceries in timely fashion.

Keep cookie jars stocked daily.

Set table with dishes and silverware before each meal.

Thoroughly clean kitchen after every meal.

Gather dishes from dining area on a regular basis.

Wash all dishes.

Review performance with club president on regular basis and adjust accordingly.

Kitchen is set up with two commercial stove top ovens, griddle, microwave, warming equipment all equipment necessary to complete job. More details and pictures upon inquiry.
