Client & Event Coordinator $20 an HR

Chef Jeff Catering is a dynamic and rapidly expanding catering company dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Our commitment to excellence has fueled our growth, and we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Client and Event Coordinator to join our team. This is a part time position that can quickly evolve to full time with the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Proposal Writing:

Develop persuasive and customized proposals for clients, highlighting our catering services and unique offerings.

Collaborate with the sales and culinary teams to ensure our proposals are as delightful as our dishes.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Guide clients through the sales process, providing detailed information and addressing inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.

Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads, conversions, and client interactions.

Proactively follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.

Event Management Pipeline:

Coordinate and manage the logistics of catering events, from initial planning to execution.

Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure flawless execution of events.

Client Relationship Building:

Build lasting relationships with clients through stellar communication and a touch of charm.

Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our services and offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in proposal writing, sales, and event management within the catering or hospitality industry.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software for pipeline management.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
