People who go beyond just fixing to identify root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, and recommend comprehensive upgrades to prevent future issues.What you will do:The Clinical Associate will build collaborative relationships with customers and Account Managers in the Acute Care business to ensure product satisfaction, sustain improved outcomes and accelerate product pull-through.Additional responsibilities:

Deliver on Acute Care goals and metrics for accounts within assigned geography

In partnership with Senior Manager of Clinical Solutions, establish routine cadence of communication with assigned regional sales teams understand target accounts for clinical solutions, provide updates on active account best practices.

Identify field trends that have the potential to impact other areas of the US and report trends and any actions plans to the Business Unit

Provide feedback and assist as needed to the Senior Manager of Clinical Solutions to the development of new clinical solutions that offer additional value within the portfolio and/or Division

What you need:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other related discipline required

Current RN licensure preferred

Experience as a registered nurse preferred, ideally in critical care
