Club & Spa Manager

Lakeview Management Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a new operation in Duluth. The GM will have responsibility for the Foundry Wellness (integrated fitness center, thermal spa) and Lakeview Guesthouse rentals (34, boutique-style units). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, business development and sales experience, grass roots marketing and be able to build client relationships. This role requires overseeing multiple departments, ensuring operational excellence, and driving financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of guest experience and team culture.
