We are offering an exciting opportunity for individuals with no prior CNC machine operation experience to join our team. As a CNC Machine Operator Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience to become a skilled CNC Machine Operator.

Job Type: Full-time days M-F 7:00a-3:30p. We can be flexible with these hours!

We specialize in precision machining and are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our clients across various industries. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a CNC Machine Operator.

Job Description:

As a CNC Machine Operator Trainee, you will learn the following under the guidance of experienced machinists.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate and set up our CNC Lathes and CNC Mills. All machines have Fanuc controls

-Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of our CNC machines.

-Use machinist hand tools and inspection equipment.

-Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

-Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

-Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

-Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

-Perform any additional tasks and job functions as directed by Shop Manager.

Qualifications:

-High degree of mechanical aptitude (Do enjoy working with your hands?)

-Basic computer skills

-Can read English and understand basic math

-Effective problem solving skills

-Able to maintain a high level of dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.

-Motivated – positive mental attitude and can accept constructive criticism

-Ability to communicate and work with others

-Adaptability – Ability to adapt to change in the workplace

Pay: $17.00 - $22.20 per hour DOE and Skill Level (Operator)
