Compliance Analyst

Description Robert Half is partnering with a Well-Recognized Corporation, and sourcing for a Compliance Analyst. This is a temporary contract opportunity. You will be assisting with creating a culture of data confidence across the company that will enhance their global reputation. You will help to empower colleagues to deliver outstanding products and services by protecting business continuity, managing data privacy risks and using technology solutions to achieve objectives and goals.Job Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and ensure the company complies with them.

Monitoring and Reporting: Assist with implementing a robust monitoring system to track and report on compliance-related issues.

Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to employees to enhance their understanding of compliance requirements.

Investigations: Lead or assist in investigations of compliance-related incidents, including allegations of violations and recommend corrective actions.

Auditing: Plan and execute compliance audits to evaluate internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, issues, and resolutions.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, legal counsel, and external auditors to ensure compliance goals are met.

Requirements - Strong written, analytical and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience

Strong understanding of industry regulations, and extensive compliance experience with complex risk management programs

Excellent organizational and follow up skills

Minimum of 5+ years regulatory related work experience
