Construction Superintendent - Twin Cities

USD75,000-USD140,000Oversees the daily construction site team and activities at a work site

Planning and implementation to ensure all materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule

Meet with owners to discuss design plan

Provide high level management of safety, quality, risk, and compliance for the project and team members

Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and time line

Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers

Create schedules for workers and subcontractors

Maintain a daily log for the job site's operations, reporting to management as necessary

Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines

Implement management techniques to ensure all materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule

2+ years of relevant supervisory experience

Ground up multifamily project experience

Understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues

Effective leadership abilities, like motivation, goal-setting and conflict management

Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals

Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
