Customer Service Representative/On Demand Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

· Answering the phone in a prompt and courteous manner

· Providing superior customer service.

· Entering orders into our system for customers.

· Liaison between customers/drivers/ staff

· Identify late orders and document what transpired

· OnDemand dispatcher

· Unload evening truck & pallets with a forklift.

· Administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Empathize with people's needs

· Solid time management and prioritization skills

· Accurate attention to detail

· Positive attitude and team player

· Adapt to fast-changing situations

· MS Office - CXT experience is a plus

· Must be able to pass background check & Drug Test

· Basic knowledge of the Metro Area

Schedule:

On Demand Dispatcher Monday to Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm

Customer service representative Monday - Friday 10:30am-6:30pm

On call - Rotating weekends
