Ledgent Technology is partnering with a local client to identify a Data Analyst to perform and present analytics and reporting on KPI's, perform predictive modeling, analyze customer rates and customer service performance. This individual will also work with the technology team to facilitate new system implementations. This position will be highly collaborative with the opportunity to create new solutions for the team.
This is a hybrid role which will work in-office 2-3 days per week in the Northwest Metro. Candidates must be local to the Twin Cities, MN area.Responsibilities- Perform data analysis and report creation for customer metrics and performance
- Identify process improvements for systems and services
- Collaborate with other business units to identify and document new software and product requirements and areas for process improvement, facilitating testing and technology rollouts to the organization
- Coordinate with other business units and leadership to create documentation and training for new software
- Lead projects for process improvement initiatives, creating resource, budget, and scheduling plans
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3+ years in Business Analytics and/or Data Analytics
- CRM experience
- Ability to present information to individuals at all levels of the organization as well as to vendors and customers
- Highly analytical and collaborative
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, and Python preferred
