Description We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative entry level Data Analyst that thrives on exploring, interpreting and making sense of large data sets. As a entry level Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth. You will have the opportunity to work closely with decision makers and teams across in the business to help answer key questions and provide insightful analysis. Responsibilities: Work on complex and diverse datasets, collecting, managing, and interpreting them to see beyond the numbers and help us make the right business decisions. Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from our database to help drive operational and strategic decisions. Create and use algorithms and machine learning models to enable actionable insights from data. Conduct thorough and ongoing data validation, troubleshooting, and resolution. Develop and continually improve reports, dashboards, and other tools to provide insights and visualize data. Collaborate with cross-functional departments and teams to understand their needs and tailor data analysis accordingly. Requirements: Strong SQL skills to perform data segmentation and agnostic functions. Experience in Statistical Analysis and a working knowledge of statistical packages. Ability to translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative. Strong critical thinking skills, strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capacity. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting and explaining insights to non-technical audience.
