Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the south west, Minnesota area. The primary function of this role is to support our sales and marketing teams by ensuring accurate and efficient data entry operations. Working in this industry, you will play a pivotal role in establishing feasible leads and maintaining the integrity of our database system. Responsibilities:
Accurately input customer and prospect information from various sources into the database system
Cross-reference databases to ensure customer information is complete and up-to-date
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team in identifying prospective clients or leads
Maintain the quality and confidentiality of data entered, ensuring its accuracy and validity
Review database entries for duplication and resolve discrepancies within strict time frames
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more accurate and efficient
Provide assistance with other administrative tasks depending on operational requirements
Respond to information requests from authorized members
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Requirements
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Experience in data entry.
Ability to organize files effectively.
Strong written communication skills for email correspondence.
Proficient in typing.
