Job Description:

We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to become an integral part of our dental team. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the patient experience from the initial consultation through the entire treatment process. This role involves detailed communication of treatment plans, scheduling, financial agreements, and follow-ups.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet patients and provide a welcoming environment.

Explain treatment plans and provide detailed information on the procedures.

Coordinate appointments and manage the schedule to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.

Discuss financial options and agreements with patients, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Follow up with patients after consultations and treatments to answer any queries and confirm future appointments.

Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Liaise between the patient and the dental care team to ensure effective communication of the treatment process.

Handle patient queries in person, via email, text, or over the phone.

Assist in the management of office duties and patient relations.

Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth operation between both office locations.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office setting.

Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in dental practice management software.

Ability to travel between our locations in Eden Prairie and Lakeville as needed.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
